OUR STORY

Formerly known as Yuno Japanese Learning Center, Yuno Learn Inc. opened it's doors on February 27, 2015. Our name Yuno is derived from the word Yūnō or Yuunou (有能) meaning “skilled”.
We believe that learning a new language can be both comprehensive and fun. With the help of both our Filipino and native Japanese instructors, our goal is to produce highly proficient Japanese language students through an environment that is conducive for language education.
Humble Beginnings
つつましい始まり (Tsutsumashī hajimari)
It all started in a small condo apartment in Katipunan, Quezon City, where a group of Japanese language and culture enthusiasts wanted to make learning Japanese more accessible, fun, and engaging.
We’ve always had a different approach with learning—for us, the most effective way to learn is to enjoy it!
Growth
発育 (Hatsuiku)
We started building a steady flow of clients, ranging from business-inclined individuals to fellow Japanese culture enthusiasts.
We also began forming partnerships with prestigious Japanese schools in Okinawa and Tokyo.
Resiliency
回復力 (Kaifuku-ryoku)
In 2020, while things were going well for Yuno, the Covid-19 virus hit the Philippines, affecting most industries including the education sector. But that didn’t stop us.
Instead, this shift drove us to improve and innovate our way of delivered learning to our students. Digitizing our materials, we pivoted to provide online classes that are not only fun and effective, but also accessible and convenient for our students!
